Aus-Bore was founded 26 years ago; we originally started out in residential property development, working to set ourselves apart from the competition through attention to fine detail, high standards, and a unique eye for practical design.
This mission statement held us in good stead and allowed us grow to be one of the longest standing and respected property developers in Cheshire.
In 1993 Aus-Bore sought to start investing in commercial property where we aimed to bring the same commitment to detail and standards to the commercial workspace and management sector. Since then Aus-Bore Workspace has gone from strength to strength and this has now become the main focus of our company.
At Aus-Bore we are not simply land-lords, we also act as the managing agent for all our workspace. We believe that managing our properties ourselves allows us to provide a seamless service for our tenants that goes far beyond the traditional landlord/tenant relationship. It provides a direct line of communication for all our tenants enabling us to act with far more speed and efficiency than the norm. This has enabled us to build working relationships with tenants that have lasted decades.
The name “Aus-Bore” was created by the original founders of the company Scott Burgess and Will Daley. Having travelled to Australia on holiday Will came back raving about the country, which lead to Scott’s comment that he was a bore for talking about Australia all the time. This was shortened to form Aus-Bore.
Aus-Bore is a family run company that prides itself on providing a personal touch. The three directors are:
